A By taw to amend the "Council! Procedure Bylaw, 1968, No. 899",

The Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Section 401 of the "Council Procedure Bylaw, 1968, No. 899" is amended by
renumbering it as Section 401 (a) and by adding the following:

"(b) Unless any member of the Council then present objects the presiding ofticer
may accept a motion that combines the giving of two or more readirgs to a
bylaw at one time."

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Counci| Procedure Bylaw, 1968,
Amendment Bylaw, 1984, No. 2031",
