BYLAW NO. 1979

A Bylaw to provide for the adoption
of a capital expenditure programme.

WHEREAS Section 266 of the "Municipal Act" being Chapter
290 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979,
requires that on or before the fifteenth day of May in
each year the Council! shall cause to be prepared and adopt
by bylaw a capitai expenditure programme for a period of
not ftess than five years, showing estimates of the
proposed source and application of funds for capital
purposes for each year of the programme; ;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled,
enacts as follows:

Schedule "A" +o this Byltaw shall be the capital
expenditure programme of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitiam for the years 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987,
1988, 1989, 1990, 1991 and 1992.

The general expenditure programme contained in Schedule
"A" shal! remain in force and effect until a new capital
expenditure programme is adopted in the year 1984. ;

This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "Capital
Expenditure Programme Bylaw, 1983, No. 1979",

day of May, 1983.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal
Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
held this. day of May, 1983.
