Re: Land Use Contract - William Rudy ~- Neighbourhood Pub — 1929 Brown Street

By~law No. 1609, which will authorize Council to enter into the Va
above mentioned Land Use Contract, is ready for Third Reading.

At the Public Hearing on this By-law, it was mentioned by the
Developer that the project may be phased with the Neighbourhood Pub proceeding
first and followed by the construction of the Industrial buildings.

The original wording of the Land Use Contract did not cover this
eventuality and if Council wish to make provision for phasing of the project,
I would suggest that Schedule "B" of the Land Use Contract be amended to ;
the attached reading prior to Third reading of the By-law. I have attached
a copy of the original wording and suggested revised wording.
