ITEM Re: Proposed Subdivision ~ Victoria Drive - Coast Meridian Road The Approving Officer has received an application for subdivision of the property between Coast Meridian Road, Lynwood Avenue and Victoria Drive. This property is zoned RS-1. A 35—lot Layout as shown on Drawing 209-93 has been : suggested by the Developer and this layout is satisfactory to the Planning Officer and the Approving Officer. The proposed lots meet all requirements of the Subdivision of Land By~lLaw except for frontage. The Committee recommends that Council grant a frontage exemption for this Proposed subdivision as permitted under Section 712(2) of the Municipal Act,
