We believe this accountability is worthy of support by ,our Council.
The directors of UGN would appreciate having one or more of your members visit
an agency review meeting when agencies make their presentations. These meetings
are being held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, April 5th to 1¥th, with no meetings
on the 8th and 9th. This will provide the representative with a valuable insight
into this worthwhile work.

We believe that this exposure will provide the mayor or alderman with
‘the knowledge that will win support. Please contact Mr. Wilson at the UGN office .
for information on agencies being reviewed on a particular day.

_. The procedure at these meetings is being observed by representatives
‘of the Provincial Goverrment and the City of Vancouver.
