MINUTES

A meeting of the Environmental Protection Committee was held at City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy
Street, Port Coquitlam, on Wednesday, March 8, 1994 at 2:00 p.m. in the office of the Deputy
City Engineer.
In attendance were:

Councillor M. Gates, Chairman
LE. Yip, P. Eng., Deputy City Engineer
A. Pynenburg, Project Technician
The minutes for the March 2, 1994 Committee meeting were considered, read and adopted.

ITEM I:

BFI DONATION FOR EARTH DAY

Item deferred to next meeting, in order to invite representatives from BFI to attend.

NATIONAL WILDL1FB WEEK

Item approved, Project T.chnician to forward request to Mayor's office to proclaim the week of
April 10 - 16, 1994 as National Wildlife Week in the City of Port Coquitlam.
Them being no further business the meeting adjourned.
