the Council Meeting of July llth, 1988 to answer questions regarding the
proposal which B.C. Tel has filed with the Canadian Radio-television and
Telecommunications Commission.

DEVELOPMENT VARIANCE PERMITS:

From the City Clerk, June 14th, 1988 regarding Development Variance
Permit No. 4/88 ~ 1964/68 Coquitlam Avenue.

No one was present to speak regarding the Development Variance Permit.

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of January 26th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved relaxing the requirements of Bylaw No. 2240, Section 808 ,RN—4
Apartment, Section (6), sideyards from 7.5 metres to 1.8 metres.
