A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port
Coquitlam, BC on Monday, April 11, 1994, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors MJ. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, W.W. Stewart, R.H. Talbot,
and M.A. Thompson were in attendance.

Also in attendance were Acting City Administrator J.G.S. Maitland, City Clerk S. Rauh, City
Engineer LR. Zahynacz, Director of Community Planning C.R. Felip, Deputy Director of Parks
and Recreation L.J. Wheeler, Fire Chief J.L. Baillie, and Deputy Fire Chief G.W. Routley.

That the minutes of the Public Hearing and Regular Council Meeting of March 28, 1994 be
taken as read and adopted.

Whereas Community involvement in local government decision making is esseatial to a healthy
