From the Director of Parks and Recreation, November 9th, 1993 regarding Hyde Creek
Expansion.

Moved by Councillor Thompson:
Seconded by Councillor Keryluk:

That the City Clerk and Mayor be authorized to sign the contract document with Mierau
Construction Ltd. as construction managers for the Hyde Creek expansion and that construction
start immediately for the expansicn of Hyde Creek Centre.

From the Director of Parks and Recreation, November 9th, 1993 regarding Consultant -
Trail System.

Moved by Councillor Thompson:
Seconded by Councillor Keryluk:

That Guzzi Perry and Associates Inc. be retained for the PoCo Trail system study.

That the cost for the project not exceed $26,300.

That the money for this project be taken from the 1993 Parks & Recreation Capital Budget
of $26,300 that was originally allocated for the PoCo Trail entrance enhancements.

From the City Engineer, November 10th, 1993, regarding Parking Restrictions - Pitt River
Road and Yukon Avenue.

That Council direct the City Clerk to amend the City Traffic Bylaw M9. 1117 to include no
parking restrictions on che east side of Pitt River Road from Yukon Avenue to 40 metres north
and on the west side of Pitt Kiver Road from ten metres south of Yukon to 40 metres of ‘Cukon.
