That the Agreement between Millcroft Estates Ltd., Suite 500 — 890
West Pender Street, Vancouver, B. C. and The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam wherein the said Millcroft Estates Ltd. grants an easement
to the City over Lot 205 and Lot 206 of District Lots 466 and 480, Group
One, New Westminster District, Plan 45195 to facilitate the public right

of passage with or without vehicles, be approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to

execute the necsssary Agreement, plans, or other documents therefor and
affix the Corporate Seal thereto. Carried.

From the City Clerk, March 13th, 1975, submitting a copy of the
"Eastern Drive Plan 26051 Highway Exchange By-law, 1975, No. 1365"
together with its accompanying plan and advising that the By-law is
available for first three readings.

Alderman Ranger introduced a By-law to authorize The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam to dispose of a portion of the road in District
Lot 290, Group One, New Westminster District dedicated by Plan 1678 and
Plan 32089 in exchange for sufficient land to re-locate the said road.

That By-law No. 1365 be read = first time. Carried.
Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, Alderman Ranger

inquired regarding the available school capacity in the area and the

City Engineer advised that it was well within the limits set by the

School Board.

NEW BUSINESS:
The Mayor and Alderman Traboulay commented on the recent Planning
Seminar held at Harrison Hot Springs and stated that it had been a very

worthwhile event.
