That the Fraser River Harbour Commission be informed that the City of Port
Coquitlam has no objections to the two applications by Canadian Forest
Products Ltd. to install dolphins for log storage at Douglas Island.

South Shaughnessy Lands.

That the consolidating subdivision plan of certain property owned by The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam In District Lots 174 and 289, Group
1, New Westminster District, prepared by Walter E. Frith, BCLS, and dated May
7th, 1992, wherein Lot 1 having an area of 13.54 ha, and Lot 2 having an area
of 2.790 ha, are created and a portion of the sald certain property is
dedicated as "Road", be approved;

And that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary
for the purposes aforesaid, affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto, and
make the necessary filings in the Land Title Office,

1992 offering Lot “A", Block 25, District Lots 170 and 289, Group One, Plan
xxxx, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, BC for sale; that all bids
received be rejected; and that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to prepare
and present to Council for approval, a revised “Real Property for Sale by
Tender" notice offering the said lands for sale.
