Frith, BCLS, and dated May 7th, 1992, wherein Lot 1 having an area of 13.54 ha, and Lot 2 having an area of 2.790 ha, are created and a portion of the sald certain property is dedicated as "Road", be approved; And that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for the purposes aforesaid, affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto, and make the necessary filings in the Land Title Office, Carried, From the City Clerk, July 28th, 1992 regarding the of City Property, 2300 Block Pitt River Road.
