SUBJECT: Emergency Access Right Of Way Agreement At 1510 Broadway Street
(Protective Services Committee Meeting December 30, 1991)

That the Emergency Access Right Of Way Agreement with Public Storage Pension
Fund Inc. contained in the Agenda documents of this Council meeting be

approved;

And that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the documents on
behalf of the City and affix the Corporcte Seal thereto.

The slight changes proposed by the property owner to the City's standard
document have been approved by the City Solicitor and the Protective Services
Committee. A copy of the document follows.
