SUBJECT: Portable Facility

RECOMMENDATIONS:

1) That the Fire Department purchase a portable a gatorage facility for
installation at # 1 Fire Hall.

2) That $10,400 ke used from the Fire Department Capital Fund for this
purpose.

BACKGROUNDS & COMMENTS:

The Growth of our Fire Department has outstripped our office and storage

facilities (see-ateached report). The acquisition of additional facilities will
increase the operational efficiency and personal safety of the Department.

There are sufficient funds in.
the equipment reserve fund.
