February 12, 1990/036 A Public Hearing pursuaat to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the Council meeting of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, February 12th, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, MR. Weight and W.W. Stewart in attendance. Aliso in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk/Deputy Administrator R.A. Freeman, and Director of Community Planning C. Felip. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2482: to rezone Lot 22 District Lot 379 Group One, Plan 2272 % New Westminster District; from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to C-2 (Neighbourhood Commercial). The property is located at 2638 Kingsway Avenue and would permit the property to be used for commercial purposes. No one was present to speak regarding the proposed rezoning. Bylaw No. 2483: to rezone Lot 63 District Lot 290 and 342 Group One, Plan 18044 New Westminster District; is hereby rezoned from RS~1 (Large Lot Residential) to RT-1 (Two Family Residential). The property is located at 1815 Scarborough Crescent and would permit the property to be used for two-family residential purposes. No one was present to speak regarding the proposed rezoning.
