That City Council authorize the Planning & Zoning Committee to
retain a consulting service to develop an industriai strategy for the
south-east Industrial area.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised Item 16 on the Agenda
regarding the City Treasurer's, June 21st, 1984 memorandum regarding
Short Term Capita! Borrowing, has been withdrawn and that the Minister
of Municipal Affairs, June 21st, 1984 letter regarding the Kingsway
Bridge will now be Item 16.
