That Bylaw No. 1924 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.

Aldermen Gates and Vater voted against the resolution.

Alderman Laking introduced a Bylaw to provide for the waiving of a
portion of the water and sewer user rates applied to a certain class of
citizens 65 years of age or over.
