WHEREAS by Bylaw No. 1873 of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam cited as the "Perth Stréet Road Closure Bylaw, 1981, No. 1873"
a certain portion of Road therein described located in the City of Port.
Coquitian in the Province of British Columbia was stopped up and closed’

to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE BE [tT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petizion the
Minister. of Municipal Affairs of the Province of British. Columbia praying
on behalf of the City for abandonment of the said portion of Road described
in Bylaw No. 1873 and the vesting of the title of the land comprising the

same in The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.
