Moved by Alderman Mabbett: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That City Council direct the City Clerk to prepare the necessary bylaw to rezone property addressed as 1398 Victoria Drive and more particularly known and described as Lot 47, SW, Section 7, Township 40, Plan 26192, applied #or under Rezoning Application, R#27/81. Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution Alderman Wright enquired regarding clarification of the total land required fox the subdivision and suggested it be referred to the Planning and Zoning Committee for clarification. Carried. NEW _ BUSINESS: ‘Ald. Gates Alderman Gates expressed concern regarding an article in the Sunday -re Censure i= Ald. Wright Committee meeting which he considered to be confidential and suggested the Herald, Januar’ 17th, 1982 regarding details discussed during the Library Council censure Alderman Wright. Moved by Alderman Gates: Seconded by Alderman Muldoon: That this Council do hereby express its censure of Alderman Wright respecting his disclosure of confidential matters respecting the operations of the Port Coquitlam Library and the proposed referendum concerning the construction of a new library. Defeated. Aldermen Muldoon and Gates voted in favour of the resolution.
