The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651" ts amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-1 assigned to Lot 549 of a Plan of Subdivision in process of Lot 499, District Lot 232, Group 1, Plan 48968, New Westminster District prepared by Walter Frith, B.C.L.S. of .V.C. Goudal & Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors under Job No. €2873-79 and assigning the Zone Designation of RT-1 to the said property. 26 - _A copy of the Plan of Subdivision in process referred to in Section . Lis attached to this By-law and made a part thereof. 3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1980, No. 1738". By-law No. 1738: to rezone Lot 549 of a Plan of Subdivision in process of Lot 499, District Lot 232, Group 1, Plan 48968, New Westminster District, from RS~1 to RT-1. This property is the southern most lot to be created in a proposed four lot subdivision of Property at 1440 Pitt River Road. Tt is expected that the lot that is the- subject of the rezoning will have a duplix constructed thereon. The other three lots in the proposed subdivision will retain their RS-1 zoning and it is expected that the existing dwelling will be located on one of these lots and the other two lots will have single family dwellings located thereon.
