Rezoning Application R#14-75

On January 26th, 1976 Rezoning Amendment By-law No. 1413 received third
reading. This By-law would rezone property located at the intersection
of Victoria Drive and Ulster Street from RS-2 (One Family Suburban Residential)

to RS~1 (One Family Residential).

We are advised that the Developer has now deposited the necessary Letter

of Credit and other funds and has presented a Subdivision Plan that is
Satisfactory to the City’s Approving Officer and final reading may therefore
now be given to the By-law by passage of the following resolution:

"That By-law No. 1413 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted"
