of the City of Port Coquitlam relating to the construction and maintenance
of a twenty-four inch diameter water line crossing at mile 112.3 Cascade
Subdivision and bearing Canadian Pacific Limited's file number CA.112.3

P-2 PV-6543 be and the same is hereby approved;
AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to

execute the said Agreement on behalf of The Corporation of the City of

Port Coquitlam and to affix the Corporate Seal thereto. Carried.
