DESCRIPTION: Lot 85, D.L. 480, Group 1, Plan 41566.

BACKGROUND: According to the Chief Building Inspector, building permit has
been issued to the subject duplex and construction is now under
way.

RECOMMENDATION: The subject application was considered by the Planning and Zoning
Committee at its July 31/74 meeting and the Committee recommends
that it be approved subject to the policy established by Council
on Strata Title Subdivision.
