block Ulster does not have curbs
on the east side is correct.
We find this conf iguraf ion to be

Technically speaking the developer
is under no obligations to construct
more than half of Ulster
Street. While

precludes this possibility.
Secondff, followir g your suggestion of effecting liaison
between the School Board
