One hundred and fifteen contract resolutions were dealt with by the delegates during the two-day confer- ence of which a number were approved for submission to the general Wages & Contract Conference of the four Inter- ior Local Unions May 12-13, in Kelowna. . Conference guest speakers were International research and education director Walter Simcich, Regional 2nd _ vice- president Del Pratt and In- ternational assistant director of organization Clayton Walls. Delegates elected to attend the Kelowna Wage Confer- ence are A. Damstrom, E. Atwood, H. Smith, J. Inglis, E. DeAnna, C. Johnson, C. Milliard, John Paluck. Alter- nate delegates elected are W. Craig, Myrna Fletcher, L. Johnson. During the Conference, the Kootenay Forest Products’ Sub-local sponsored a highly successful dance for the dele- gates.
