Re: Police Building

Our present police building is in need of replacement and consequently I would like to
arrange a presentation for you and your Council on work done so far to construct a new
facility. To date we have obtained conceptual drawings and very preliminary costs and I
wanted to discuss them now so appropriate input from your Mayor and Council and staff
can be provided. Our hope is that you will participate in the Project and our request is that
you do so and advise us accordingly.

It would be my intention to arrange for Paul Grant to speak to Council and to provide an
information package at that time. I suggest one and one half hours may be appropriate,
however, we would be available ‘for longer’ if that was deemed appropriate.

Please call me so we can arrange a meeting time if your Council is interested in pursuing
this matter further.
