The proposed Zoning Ame.:dment will broaden the permitted uses £0 include all general industrial uses except for on site storage. The proposed amendment will also facilitate the transition from the existing truck stop to an induetrial center, with lighter usee and with an automotive orientation. This application would involve no major changes to the existing buildings.
