Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated; NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that: Lot 2, District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 3319, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C., be sold to Michael Savvis, The Lighthouse Seafood Restaurant at or for the price or sum of $110,000.00, subject to existing tenancies, in accord with the conditions stated in the tender call and the offer received; The adjustment date be January 23rd, 1991; The possession date be January 31st, 1991; The HNayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
