53544 and proposed land closure all in DL 380, Group 1, LD 36 from RS-1 to CD.

Parcel 24, Section 17, Block 6 N Range 1 East NWLD Reference Plan 65282 and
Lots 3 and 4, Block 12, Section 17, Block 6 N Range 1 East, NWLD, Plan 2416
from A~L and M-2 to CS-1 to permit the lots to be consolidated.

AND THAT a restrictive covenant be registered to prohibit construction of
any building until a sewer is constructed to the property.

THAT City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw rezoning
Lot 5, of D.L. 232, Grp i NWLD Plan 6269 from RS-1 to RM-3 to permit
development of a 9 unit townhouse complex.

AND THAT a Restrictive Covenant be imposed upon the property establishing
elevations for floors and total height.
