BYLAW NO. 2426

A Bylaw to adopt the Annual Budget for The Corporation
of the City of Port Coquitlam for the current year, 1989.

: WHEREAS Section 264 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290 of the
Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, provides that the Annual

Budget shall by Bylaw be adopted on or before the 15th day of May in
each year;

AND WHEREAS the said Annual Budget for the year 1989 igs appended
hereto as Schedule "A" to this Bylaw;
