RE: Consolidation of City Hall Property

| RESOLUTION:

That the subdivision plan of Lots 35 and 36, Block 2, Pian
1213 and of Parcels "A™ and "B', (Reference Plan 74294), Plan
1213 and of Parce! "C", (Reference Plan 74294), Pian 16910,
District Lot 379, Group i, New Westminster District prepared by
Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S., and dated the !0Th day of March,
1987 wherein the property aforesaid is combined to form a Lot
"AY with an area of 0.2272 ha (24,456 sq. ft.) be and the same
is hereby approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk be
authorized to sign the said subdivision plan and such other
documents as may be necessary in order that the subdivision
i plan may be registered in the New Westminster Land Title Office
ae and to affix this City's corporate seal thereto.

BACKGROUND ANDO COMMENTS:

Passage by the Council of the resolution guoted above wil!
consolidate the 5 separate parcels of land on which the City
; Hall will sit after the completion of the construction recently

authorized by Council.
