be divided fn the norma] manner as between vendor and purchaser,

THAT the City Treasurer be Instructed to make the necessary

arrangements in order that the Purchase price may be paid from the
City's Tax Sale Reserve Fund;

AND THAT His Worsh!p the Mayor together with the City Clerk and/or
the City Treasurer be authorized to execute such Deeds, Documents,
Plans, Cheques, or other Instruments as are necessary for the purpose
aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto."

muneipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated; '

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

Parcel 4 (Bylaw 68320), except the North 0.5m thereof, District Lot
480; Group One, Plan 20844 New Westminster District, be sold to George
_Karamanolis, 7506 — 12+h Avenue, Burnaby, B.C., if terms satisfactory to
Council can be agreed upon and no preferable alternative proposal fs
received from any other person,

The City Clerk Ts hereby Instructed and authorized to publish and

post the "Real Property tor Sale by Tender" Notice appearing In the
Agenda documents of thls Counci |! meeting;
