Moved by Alderman Wright: Moved by Alderman Keryluk: That the report of the Land Sale Committee, January 28th, 1981 referring to the proposed sale of road allowance on Marshall Avenue just West of Taylor Street and recommending that that portion of road be closed and sold to the owner of the adjacent lot at a rate of $3.00 per sq. ft., thereby resulting in a total sale price of $5,877.00 for 1,959 sq. ft. of land be approved. Carried. From the Land Sale Committee, January 29th, 1981 referring to the proposed land exchange adjacent to the Hyde Creek Dyke and Pump Station and making certain recommendations in connection therewith. Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Traboulay: That the report of the Land Sale Committee, January 29th, 1981 referring to the proposed land exchange at the Hyde Creek Dyke and Pump Station and recommending that the proposed exchange, involving a transfer to the land- owner of 2,810 sq. ft. of land a transfer to the City of 5,705 sq. ft. of land on an even swap basis be approved. Carried. From the Planning and Zoning Committee, January 29th, 1981 recammending that rezoning application, R#33-80, to rezone property described as Lot 2, Block 2, District Lot 255, Plan 13232, addressed as 1915 Pitt River Road, from RS-1 to RT-1 proceed to Public Hearing.
