The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assemblec , enacts as follows: 1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, ‘being Schedule "A" of the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-1 assigned to: Lot 118, District Lot 289, Group One, Plan 59195, New Westminster District; ; and assigning the Zone Designation of RM-4 to the said property. 2. . This By-law may be cited for all Purposes as the "City of Port Coquitian Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1981, No. 1802", By-law No. 1802: to rezone Lot 118, District Lot 289, Group One, Plan 59195, New Westminster District, from RS-1 to RM-4, This property is located at 2251 Pitt River Road and is commonly known as the "old Legion Halt site" and it is expected that a three story apartment building, 50 units in size, will be constructed on the property following completion of rezoning procedures. It is anticipating that patking for 75 cars would be provided underground and that access and egress. to the parking would be from Pitt River Road. FIRST TWO READINGS
