January 5th, 1981, Alderman Gates advised the Building and Protection Committee will be studying these problems and will report back to Council, Mrs. Jean Gallinger, Acting President of the Association of Concerned Citizens asked that the Committee consider the Future increased development in the C.P.R. yard area and the drainage requirements fue this area, Mr. Jim Barnes, 917 Richmond Place expressed his concerns regarding flooding in his area. A resident in the Glade Court area expressed his concerns regarding flooding in this area. Alderman Traboulay advised the Building and Protection Committee will have a report to Council for the January 19th, 1981 meeting. CORRESPONDENCE: From the Columbus Charities Association, December 20th, 1980 requesting permission to hold their annual Shamrock Tag Days on March 12th, 13th, and 14th, 1981. Moved by Alderman Traboulay: Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That as requested by the Columbus Charities Association, December 20th, 1980 permission be given to hold their annual St, Patrick's Day Shamrock Drive tag days on March 12th, 13th, and 14th, 1981.
