the remainder of the present secondary highway on Kingsway Avenue,
McLean Avenue and Pitt River Road be redesignated as secondary highway
as set out in the letter from the Ministry of Transportation and Highways
dated April 10th, 1980;

THAT His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to sign
the necessary Agreement on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate
Seal thereto;

AND THAT the City Clerk be instructed to prepare the necessary
By-law.
