Re; Council Meeting Schedule — June, July, August, and September.

It is my understanding that Council wish to pursue an alternate week meeting
schedule during the months of June, July, August and September and might we
suggest that the follcwing schedule would be appropriate:

So far as we are now able to determine the Council's vacation plans it appears that
a quorum will be available at all times although in most instances a full compliment
of Council members will not be present. A number of Council members will be away
on both July 16th and July 23rd and it is for this reason that we are proposing a
two week "break" at this time.
