WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, pursuant to the provisions of the "Land Use Contract No. 18 Authorization By-law, 1976, No. — 1462" has entered into a Land Use Contract with Kinsway Development Ltd. respecting Property row described as Lot 314 and 315, Districr Lot 466, Group One, Plan 51224, New Neseninster District; AND WHEREAS 4t is thought desirable to make an amendment to the said Land Use Contract; NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlas, in open necting assembled, enacts as follows: 1, The Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized and expowered to enter into an amendment to Land Use Contract No. 18 in the form and to the extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 18 - Azendzeat Docuzent” which is a Schedule hereto annexed and made part of this By-law. 2. The said Land Use Contract No. 18 - Amendment Docurent shail extend to and shall regulate the development and use of the lands described therein. 3. Land Use Contract No. 18 - Amendment Document shall have the force and effect of a Restrictive Covenant running with the land described therein aad shall be registered in the New Westminster Land Registry Office. 4. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the “Land Use Contract No. 18 - srendrent Docuseat Authorization By-law, 1978, No. 1595". ; Read a first tine by the Municipal Council this Seventeenth day of April, 1978. OF THE THIRD PART: NOTWITHSTANDING any of the provisions of Land Use Contract No. 18 thich said Land Use Contract forms the Schedule to the "Land Use Co:tract No. 16 Authorization By-law, 1976, No. 1462" of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam ir is understood and agreed between the Parties hereto that: 1. The Pareel "E" (now known as Lot 315, District Lot 466, Group One, Plan 51224, New Westminster District) shown on ‘Appendix I fo Land Use Contract Xo. 18, shall be used only for parking for the McDonald's Restaurant located on Parcels "A", "B", "C" and "D" (now known as Lot 314, District Lot 466, Group One, Plan 51224, New Westminster District). 2. The siting details for Parcels "A", "B", “c", "DY, and “E” shali be as shown on Appendix I of this document and not as on Appendix Il of Land Use Contract No. 18.
