Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, Aldermen Ranger and
Thompson expressed concern with respect to the design of the proposed
development and width of the lane adjacent thereto, with Alderman Traboulay

referring to the parking aspect, and it was generally agreed that these

problems should be resolved prior to commencement of the project.

Alderman Ranger intreduced a By-law to authorize the acquisition of
Rights-of-Way over real property to facilitate the construction of dyking

was unanimously recommended that Mr. John Watson and Mr. Marvin Johnsen

be re-appointed for a three year term on the Commission from April 12th,
1977, and that the 1964 Harbours Commission Act requires such appointments
to be approved by the respective municipalities.
