The CD (Comprehensive Development) zoning now assigned to that certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot A District Lot 232, Group One, Plan 70646 New Westminster District; is amended to permit the development of the property in accord with the CD (Comprehensive Development) regulations for the property enacted by this Bylaw. Notwithstanding the permitted uses described under “Part XII -Comprehensive Development Zone", the uses permitted within the aforementioned land shali be restricted to those listed in Schedule "I" which is attached hereto and forms part of this Bylaw. Development of the property shall be in substantial compliance with the pians and specifications shown in Schedule “II", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Bylaw, 4. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2509". Read a first time by the Municipal Council this llth day of June, 1990. All uses permitted under the CS-2 (Service Station) zone; and, 26 The following uses permitted under the C-2 (Neighbourhood Commercial) zone: Retail sale of goods and personal services providing for daily shopping needs of local neighbourhood residents; limited, a. to the sale of groceries, meat, fish, and bakery goods; and further limited, b. to a maximum area of 250 m* (2691 sq. ft.) and no more than property within this CD Zone. _
