Dear Sir:
The Boy Scouts of Canada, Port Coquitlam District are

again planning the Lord Baden-Powell Birthday Celebrations,
the date of which is February 25, 1979,

The purpose of this letter is to request permission for
the Boy Scouts to parade from the Aggie Grounds, via Flint
Street, to Viscount Alexander Elementary School. The
parade would begin at 1:00p.m. to arrive at the school by

1:15 p.m.
