Home Daycare Services The FPFCB has received a grant from the Ministry of Community, Aboriginal and Women's Services to develop a kit to assist people interested in setting up a home daycare. Indeed, we have concluded that the best way to develop francophone daycare services in BC is through a home daycare system, since the client-base is too small to justify the establishment of centre-based daycares. Phase II of this project, depending upon funding, calls for a survey of existing French-language daycare services in BC, followed by the recruiting and technical assistance for people interested in operating this type of service.
