Extension Lougheed Highway At Coast Meridian Road.

That Council award the Engineering Design Tendering and Construction Supervision Work to
Hamilton Associates Ltd. for the left tum lane extension project at Lougheed and Coast
Meridian Road based on a cost of $8,560.00 including GST as described in the proposal from
Hamilton Associates dated May 31, 1994 attached to Council Agenda.

That $8,560.00 be allocated from the Roads DCC Fund for this purpose.

Westminster Avenue and Cambridge Street.

That City Council authorize the City to cost-share with the GVWD in the restoration of the.
asphalt pavement on Westminster from Cambridge to Oxford at a City cost of $5,826.00
including GST and on Cambridge Avenue from the lane south of Westminster to the lane north
‘of Suffolk at a City cost of $888.00 including GST. |

That $6,714.00 be allocated from the Special Works Capital Reserve Fund for this purpose. |

That $13,058.00 be allocated from the Drainage DCC Fund, that $5,465.00 be allocated from the
Roads DCC Fund, and that $252,227.00 be allocated from the. Works/Firehall Project for this _
