A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: l, This Bylaw may be cited for ail purposes as "Port Coquitlani Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No. 2876". That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: A 1.01 ha, portion of Lot 3 Except: Part Dedicated Road on Plan LMP10654 Section 6 Block 6 NRIE Plan 4318 New Westminster District as shown on Schedule A attached to and forming part of this Bylaw, is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-1 (Large Lot Residential), and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: A 1,49 ha, portion of Lot 3 Except: Part Dedicated Road on Plan LMP10654 Section 6 Block 6 NRIE Plan 4318 New Westminster District as shown on Schedule A attached to and forming part of this Bylaw, is hereby rezoned from A-l (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential), and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby arnended to reflect this rezoning.
