BYLAW NO. 2024

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquititam in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which
is more particularly described as: “

Block 14
District Lots 231 & 288
Group One
Plan 4667
New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from A-1 to M-1 and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port
Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this
rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1984, No. 2024".

Read a first time by the Municipa! Council this 12th day of March, 1984.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 12th day of March, 1984.
