The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port cd
Coquitlam wili hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on Monday, June 2nd,
1975 at 7230 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to authorize

issuance of a Land Use Contract:
By-law No. 1380: To authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use Contract
with Ideal Holdings Ltd., 1776 Nanaimo Street, Vancouver,
B. C., in the form and to the extent set forth in “Land
Use Contract No. 12" which is set forth in a Schedule
annexed to and made part of the By~law and the said Land
Use Contract No. 12 shall extend to and shall regulate the
development and use of lands described as:
North 128" Lot 12, Block 4, District Lot 379, Croup One,
Plan 1213, New Westminster District.
The above-noted property is located at 2338 Marpole Avenue
and upon its iscvance Land Use Contract No. 12 will permit
the land, buildings, and structures located or to be located
thereat to be used for certain uses permitted in the c-4
(Towa Sub-centre’onnereial) Zone as set out" in Section 4
: of the said Land Use Contract No. 12 in order to permit the
: construction of a indxed Commercial/Apartment building containing
“approxinately 2, 128 square feet of Commercial space and 5
bedroom and 5 - 2-bedroom apartment units and various °
_ Provisions ‘are contained in the said Land Use Contract concern-
in the size, shape and siting of buildings and structures and
various other matters.
Land Use Contract No. 12 is being processed as a replacennt
for Land Use Contract No. 3 (of which Notice of Public
Hearing was given on November 28th, 1974) and Land Use
Contract No. 9 did not receive f£2nal approval of the Councdl
and will not be further processed, ‘
; Copies of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Pore Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the

hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 P-m. ~ on working days - from May 22nd to June 2nd, 1975.
All persona who deem their interest in property affected by the

Proposed by~law shall be afforded an Opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
