The City Building Bylaw requires this building to be sprinklered.

A building code review will be done at the time of building permit
application.

DISCUSSION:

The proposed development complies with the designation of the property in
the Official Community Plan, and with the general guidelines outlined for
Development Permit Area XI.

Indoor and outdcor recreation areas will be defined by the applicant prior
to final adoption of the Zoning Bylaw and issuance of a Development Permit.
