April 13, 1992/096 A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, April 13th, 1992, at 7:30 pem. Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Aldermen M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, RH. Talbot, M.A. Thompson and M.R. Wright were in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk S. Rauh, City Engineer I. Zahynacz, City Treasurer J.G.S. Maitland, Acting Director of Planning J. Lee, Parks and Recreation Director K.J.
