From the City Engineer, March 4th, 1992 regarding Pedestrian Bridge
Improvements - Cedar Drive and Lynwood.

That Couneti approve the installation of steel pipe wing walls at the
pedestrian bridge over the Cedar drainage ditch at Cedar Drive and Lynwood at

an estimated cost of $2,000.

That $2,000 be allocated from the Special Public Works Capital Reserve for
this purpose.

And That chain link fencing be installed where required.

Carried.

From the City Planner, March 2nd, 1992 regarding Rezoning Application No.
1/92 and Development Variance Permit Application No. 13/92 for 1424 Broadway

Street.

That the Rezoning Application No. 1/92 for 1424 Broadway Street be
approved to proceed for rezoning from M-1 to M-3 under Section 963 of the

Municipal Act subject to:

ae Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning;

Issuance of a Development Variance Permit; and

Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and
Recreation Department;

THAT Council pass a resolution authorizing the Planning Department to
prepare Development Variance Permit No. 13/92.
