Plan 17243 for relaxation of the Subdivision Bylaw No so ee j 2241 Section 4.2.3, cul-de-sac bulbs. COMMENTS : This application is to resubdivide four neighbouring lots. The plan is to construct an internal road ending in a cul-de-sac. The cul—de-sac is to also serve adjacent properties if they are subdivided. Due to this requirement to provide access to future lots, a variance is required to remove the requirement to provide a cul-de-sac bulb in the subdivision now.
