RECOMMENDATION :

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office te inform surrounding neighbours
: of this application and place a resolution on a subsequent Council meeting
agenda to issue a Voluntary Development Permit to Lots 2,3,4, and 5 of d.L.
i 255, Group 1 N.W.L.D. Plan 17243 for relaxation of the Subdivision Bylaw No so
ee j 2241 Section 4.2.3, cul-de-sac bulbs.

COMMENTS :

This application is to resubdivide four neighbouring lots. The plan is to
construct an internal road ending in a cul-de-sac. The cul—de-sac is to also
serve adjacent properties if they are subdivided. Due to this requirement to
provide access to future lots, a variance is required to remove the
requirement to provide a cul-de-sac bulb in the subdivision now.

The future cul-de-sac bulb is to be located at the east end of the property.

3 If it were to be constructed to serve just the subdivision application it
. would be placed between 1744 and 1756 Morgan.
