4 Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240”.

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City ef Port Coquitlam,
in open meeting assembled, enacts ag follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which are more particularly deseribed as:

Parcel 1, Reference Plan 74499 and Parcel A, Reference Plan 76519

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS~1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot

Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1988, Ne. 2365”.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 16th day of May, 1988.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 16th day of May, 1988.
